3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with limited features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

4.2 Paid Plans

After the trial, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans. All fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Plan Limitations

Each plan has specific limits on clients, briefs, and content pieces per month. Exceeding these limits may require upgrading your plan.

Starter ($9/month): 5 clients, 10 briefs, 10 content pieces
Growth ($49/month): 10 clients, 40 briefs, 40 content pieces
Agency ($99/month): 40 clients, 70 briefs, 70 content pieces

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload using our service.

5.2 License to Us

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve our service.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
